Chomp 7ec684aa7e Fixed issue with websockets not reconnecting post-raid
We no longer remove old websocket connections

Converted `SptWebSocketConnectionHandler` to use a primary constructor

Removed websocket monitor from `SptWebSocketConnectionHandler`
