Convert constructors into primary constructors
Simplified logic with use of ??, ??= and method groups
Cleaned up redundant conditional access qualifiers
- await StartBackupSystem as it's an awaitable
- Update comment in MongoId
- Set more id's in HideoutArea to MongoId
