* Remove old IsValidMongoId and Regex
* Convert more configs to MongoId, as well as BaseClasses
* Remove HashUtil.Generate(), replaced with new MongoId()

Is now defined per item type with a fallback.
Currently only ammo boxes have custom values (0 to 3 vs the default 7 to 30)
