Subject: [PATCH] Update bot.json

Reduce the chance of 5.45 T ammo to spawn. 33% to 19%, as it is acquired via Prapor LL2 at Level 15.
.
In conjunction reduce the chance of PS to spawn but keep it at the same chance of 3% it was at previously.
